Healthy Fashion + Healthy Lifestyle Journal



I'm going to be sharing with you some of my lifestyle and the things that I do in my life. I think that it is important to show people who I am and what I do apart from fashion—to show you that my lifestyle has affected my fashion work so much. It is partly because of the healthy lifestyle activities that make me interested in working in fashion for human and environmental health.


This is my first "journal" post and I will not be posting about my lifestyle every single week, but I am going to continue creating lifestyle journal posts and just talking about my life to let you know about me.

The work of healthy fashion and what I do is specializing in fashion for mind, body, and health. It's very much a part of the other lifestyle activities that I do. I have another profession. I am an energy healer. In terms of my planetary energy work, I work with the energy and the universe for the spiritual awakening on earth and in the universe.


Some of the things I like to do: I am very interested in exercises like walking, yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and all different kinds of therapies and alternative therapies.


A few alternative therapies that I practice:

  • Guided breathing meditation

  • Acupressure

  • Magnet therapy

  • Soup therapy for healing

  • Violet flame meditation

  • Sesame oil gargle

  • Solfeggio, binaural and rife frequencies

I would love to try the crystal caves and salt caves sometime.

I love walking in a labyrinth, like a figure eight with my hands in prayer hands. This is the one thing that I do that is very spiritual and it helps my mind, body, and spirit.




Flowers + coffee

Like in the picture, I love drinking coffee (usually black) and hot chocolate. I recently bought pumpkin spice cappuccino k-cups, which are really delicious. I added the caramel-flavored coffee k-cup to the pumpkin spice mix k-cup and it was delicious. I would like to try white hot chocolate soon.


I actually kind of feel like being festive this fall season, and anything pumpkin to me is very festive. I don’t usually get all festive for fall. Now that I moved into my apartment a few months ago, I feel like getting a few festive home decorations. I do not celebrate Halloween much at all, but I love the fall decorations and fall foods.

I also love flowers, and I just recently read Hannah Kroger's book "The Seven Spiritual Causes of Ill Health". Hanna said in her book that flowers are angelic messengers. I've never thought about it like that, but I believe angelic energy from the flower is emitted. I believe all flowers are angelic messengers, and I also believe they have a spiritual essence—and this essence is used in fabrics, beauty and hygiene products, etc.




Green Tea and Matcha

Fashion work and tea go together. Something that I've been doing for my fashion business is keeping a planner, and I write down all of the schedules that I do during the day. I have The Happy Planner, which is the best planner I've ever owned. It has a monthly calendar spread and daily schedule checklist layouts.


I love drinking a cup of green tea or matcha green tea while I work. I have been drinking green tea and matcha tea to help my teeth, too. Green tea is also known to help the heart and anyone who has had a stroke.




Mount Shasta, an energy vortex

One thing that I absolutely love to do is visit specific locations that have energy vortexes. If you've never heard of an energy vortex, it is a spiritual place or sacred site or location where there is a lot of high energy, so high that you can feel that the energy is different than most other places.

I recently just visited La Jolla, California, and I drove around doing errands, I also had a doctor's appointment that day. I noticed that La Jolla is an energy vortex– or specific neighborhoods in La Jolla have energy vortexes. I noticed this because I'm an energy healer and so I can feel the energy and I can see the energy, similar to the way I can feel the energy but also see it. For example, if a person is sick, their energy is low, and you can visibly see the energy of the person is different than when you see the energy of a person that is not sick.


I first learned about energy vortexes when I visited my most favorite vortex, Mount Shasta, in Mount Shasta, California. Mount Shasta, California, is known in folklore as being connected to an ancient race called the Lumerians. This ancient race is known to be living in the middle of the Earth called The Hollow Earth, and you can find a book this book by Dianne Robbins. It is one of my favorite books.

During this time of spiritual awakening, Lumerians are supposed to come up from the hollow of the earth and wherever else they are to support the spiritual ascension. Many people are already being supported by the Lumerians, and they don't even know it. They are also known to be spirit guides.

One thing I've discovered is that whenever I talk about spirituality, I get these people who have previously acted toward me as if what I said wasn't real, but if you're reading this blog post, you're more than likely aware of everything that is happening and going on, particularly the spiritual ascension that's happening.

Some of my favorite food and hobbies: cherries are one of my favorite fruits. Apart from fashion, one of my hobbies is cooking. I used to be a former chef at a meditation retreat called Bhavana Society. It was a lot of fun, and I was able to make a lot of different types of foods from around the world. I had just finished making vegetable soup today.

San Diego is having a heatwave and it's like 85° in my apartment, but I still cooked the soup because I really needed it! I think that when we make food, it can have healing properties. When you're putting all these different ingredients together, you're creating something, and when you eat it, it can “warm the soul”.


Hanna's recipes warm the soul. I have read Hannah Kroeger's book "Good Health Through Special Diets," one of my favorite books by Hannah Kroeger, and she gives some of the best recipes in that book. Most of them are very healing and simple to make.

This past week I've had strawberry banana smoothies I love strawberry banana smoothies. I haven't had a strawberry banana smoothie in years, so it was really nice to be able to have them this week.

I had a TIA/mini-stroke that was really severe but did not paralyze me. It did make some of my fingers a little bit stiffer but it is going away. I think that part of why I am healing is the diet that I am on. I've been eating salads, tofu dogs, English muffins with salsa and cheese, and mini English muffin pizzas, turkey and tuna sandwiches, scrambled eggs, and I had a little junk food like pretzel/cheese crackers, and my Trader Joe’s cinnamon rolls I will be eating soon.



Blogging about Fashion and Lifestyle

Right now I am working on building a wardrobe. I don’t like all my clothes right now. There was a period in my life when I was shopping for lots of t-shirts, sweatshirts, and leggings, yet I'm getting to the point where I need to wear clothing that's a little bit less minimal and more high-fashion. Or just more clothes in general.


I don't think I will stop wearing leggings–I am a little eccentric when it comes to my fashion and the outfits that I wear, but the t-shirts I have aren’t all high fashion and some of them are unflattering. I need to find different t-shirts with better cuts and more sweatshirts, but I can't really wear sweatshirts and sweaters right now because of the summer heat. I would like to wear more dresses, skirts, and novelty tops.


I need to take some photo shoots too and create some of those photos of my new looks, but right now I'm just going to be planning it, not doing it yet.

I'm also very picky when it comes to shopping. I like to try clothing on before I buy it—and a lot of the clothes in stores are made from polyester, acrylic, and rayon. Those are the fabrics that I don't really wear. I do wear some plant-based/poly-blended fabrics.


I am also on a budget, so I can't just buy whatever I want either. But I do have some new clothes that I have not posted that I'd like to share with you and I will be posting them soon. I do believe it is boring when I am a fashion professional and I can't photograph myself in clothing. I haven't been photographing myself too much because I've been looking really tired. I would like to start photographing more and modeling my looks.
