  • Light Charge your Healing Jewelry and Charms

Healing Charms In this post, I will talk about the history of healing jewelry, charms, and symbols. This post is for guys too, even though I featured photos of women’s jewelry. Read this post if you want to learn some history about healing jewelry and how to "light charge" your jewelry. I wear very little jewelry, but I do wear one specific necklace right now. It is the Cross of Christ from Hanna’s Herb Shop. They state it repels negative energy and attracts angelic divine energies. It does! It works. My minimalist wardrobe I would like to wear more jewelry, but I am very picky about jewelry. I remember wearing my great-grandmother’s amethyst ring (lost, unfortunately). I loved wearing it, it was so feminine-looking. I remember wearing healing copper bracelets and crystal jewelry. I would like to wear copper bracelets again sometime, they are good for people that tend to be empaths and absorb the energy around them. In regards to wearing jewelry, I am very minimal and I always have been. I have had phases though where I would hoard lots of clothes. I am a little eccentric with my wardrobe. Currently, I wear the same pair of shoes every day and I have done this almost my whole life. I have never had more than a handful of pairs of shoes that I wear. It is really grounding for me to wear the same shoes. I wear the same necklace (I don’t wear my necklace every day though). I wear the same style of black leggings (I have over 20 pairs (but right now I am wearing black shorts in this San Diego, California heat)). I do wear different shirts and tops. I wear minimalist fashion. Minimalism is not just my style, it is my lifestyle too. But, you can have dozens of pieces of jewelry or a few pieces. I may have dozens of pieces of jewelry someday, but not right now. I want to let you know that when I talk about light-charging jewelry I am not promoting “light spell” jewelry as a form of Satanism. What I am promoting is the exact opposite. This post has nothing to do with jewelry in relation to curses, it is the exact opposite. It is about wearing jewelry for protection. Jewelry to ward off evil and to ward off curses. Photo credit: Muhammed Zeki Aygur/Pexels Therapeutic, healing Jewelry Support your body and mind with therapeutic, healing, healthy jewelry. Jewelry can be used as medicine. We can “charge” our jewelry. You don’t have to wear all real jewelry for it to be healing. A jewelry charm wards off evil and gives good luck. I call jewelry "charms," but I will also talk specifically about charms that are also called amulets or talismans. A "charm" is a small ornament. History of healing jewelry In ancient history, charms were worn to ward off evil spirits and to protect against danger and disasters. In some dimensions or other places in the universe, danger does not happen. A lot of the time, danger happens through evil. This planet is called a darkened star because there is evil happening here. There are light star planets in the universe with no evil. Healing jewelry in 200-600 A.D. Byzantine A gold amulet was discovered in medieval Byzantium. They wore it for status but also for protection from evil. They use rituals in their dress for spiritual help. One of the amulets they discovered had a secret prayer in it. They wore the amulet around their neck and just above their heart. The Byzantines would wear prayers within the amulets for protection. These jewelry pieces are not evil or satanic. The Church would have considered this "magic," but we must remember that during this time period and currently, many magical things in life were stolen, taken, used, and manipulated by satanic people, and made magic unacceptable. Just because something is labeled "magic," it does not imply that it is bad. Protective jewelry Protective jewelry will ward off negative energy and low vibrations. Additionally, it is the frequency of the materials that can help protect the wearer. Charms and symbols The evil eye A person who wears an evil eye will help protect them against bad things, bad karma, and any malevolent glares. The eye of Horus It protects people and it is a symbol of health. Lucky charm symbols: Elephants Horseshoes Four-leaf clovers Keys Shooting stars Hearts Flowers Dice Moon Zodiac symbol Photo credit: Frazil Nasirli/Pexels Healing Jewelry Crystals and gemstones heal the body and mind Crystal healing began in Ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, India, Ancient Greece, and Ancient Rome. Pliny the Elder, a Roman author, and Galen, a Greek physician, previously stated specific crystals had medicinal properties. Different civilizations would inscribe designs that had specific meanings and magical powers in the jewelry. Many people say crystals are paganism or witchcraft. Crystals were used previously on this planet and in this universe, and in civilizations that go beyond what we know. For example, the ancient Lemurians, an evolved civilization from the past used crystals for healing. They connected crystals with the light, the divine, and the godhead. Crystals and gemstones The most popular and most powerful healing gemstones to wear and a few of my favorite crystals: Clear Quartz Aquamarine Rose Quartz Jade Emerald Opal Pearl Turquoise Ruby Amethyst Diamond Healing with precious metals Different precious metals release different healing energies and have their own energy fields. Metals with spiritual and healing properties for body jewelry: Gold- anti-aging properties and memory function Silver- balance and protection Platinum- reduces inflammation and antioxidant activity Titanium- help the body’s energy flow Copper- shields off negative energy, helps with inflammation and pain Surgical stainless steel- protects you from negativity Types of charms: Lockets When Queen Victoria's husband, Prince Albert, died, she wore charm lockets of his hair and mini portraits of him. In the 1950s and 1960s, American teenagers wore charm bracelets to record the events in their lives. Bracelets filled with tiny treasures Hecate pendant Holy Cross Photo credit: Jess Baile/Pexels Light Charge your jewelry Put a light spell on your jewelry: Protect yourself from negative energy by putting a "light" spell on your jewelry. Many people think that jewelry can have spells on it, but in this post, I am not talking about evil spells. There is such a thing as a “light” spell, which is divine and spiritual. One way to charge your jewelry is using the earth’s element fire. I just lit a tea light on my desk and hung my necklace on the vase of my fake flower pot that I have on my desk. So, the necklace was close to the flame. I took it off after 30 minutes, and I notice it felt different when I put it on. I am not talking about that it was a little warm from the flame, it's cool now. It feels energetically charged by the flame. It is a positive ritual to light charge your jewelry. Ways to light charge your jewelry: The energy of the moon Incense Aromatherapy diffuser Sound Light a candle and place it near the flame You can make a ritual or ceremony, as the jewelry is a symbol to help you. Place your jewelry on the earth, on a rock, tree, etc. Charge it with Reiki energy (you place your hands over the jewelry). Charge it with the violet flame energy (place your palms together and visualize your jewelry covered in the violet flame). Sea salt (put jewelry in a plastic bag and then put it in a bowl of sea salt, or directly in a container of sea salt). Final Note Jewelry helps your energy flow within your body. Rings, for example, press on your acupressure points, and when acupressure points are pressed, the energy flows through the body. Jewelry is made from elements of nature, so when we wear nature we are creating the earth’s elements/nature/human connection. Jewelry helps the energy body and energetic body. They are energy healing and energy clearing. You don’t always have to clear your jewelry; it will naturally clear, but you should clear and charge your jewelry when you remember. Jewelry can be used as a guide and a compass. Jewelry is a beauty tool. It enhances our appearance and makes us glow. Wear pieces of jewelry that express your inner self and your creativity. It is a positive ritual to put on jewelry, and it can be one piece or many pieces. Healing jewelry is mystical, enchanting, supernatural jewelry. Healing jewelry is a part of the healing arts. Crystals and stones are healing to wear, as well as precious metals. They are cleansing to wear. They support your emotions and mental awareness. Wearing jewelry is beauty care. It makes you feel beautiful. • The Pros and Cons of Fashion in the Metaverse

Fashion in the Metaverse quest There is a quest for technology and fashion in this world. I had previously gone to a fashion Metaverse seminar several months ago, and I enjoyed it so much, that I was inspired. Before the Metaverse seminar, I was more negative about the Metaverse. Then, while listening, and with more research, I noticed there were good things about fashion in the Metaverse. Yet, this article is not about the seminar I attended, this article has to do with the pros and cons of fashion in the Metaverse. These are a few things I've been thinking about for a while now. Overall, the fashion designs and fashion collections I have seen in the Metaverse are the most interesting, futuristic fashion that I have not seen in the physical world. In this post, you will learn The pros of fashion in the Metaverse The cons of fashion in the Metaverse The good and evil of fashion in the Metaverse Can fashion in the Metaverse be spiritual? Can fashion in the Metaverse be metaphysical? Before I talk about the pros and cons, I will say that the Metaverse is inspiring. I do believe that the Metaverse is a good thing. However, there are definitely negative things that some companies and people are doing to make it bad. These negative things will eventually backfire, and they are already backfiring. What is the Metaverse? Basically, it is a digital/virtual place where you can work, play, socialize, shop, and live. It is a virtual reality and a virtual environment. In the fashion industry, you can purchase fashion NFTs (virtual garments customers can collect or wear on their digital avatars). NFTs are non-fungible tokens that exist on a blockchain. A fashion NFT is a digital asset. For those who like to collect clothes, this is a sustainable way to do it. A lot of fashion is wasted and it harms the environment, and in the metaverse, they are not physical products. Photo credit: Tara Winstead/Pexels The Good and Evil of the Fashion Metaverse Pros Fitting clothes with digital technology – virtual dressing room technology Many tech companies are creating technology so that fashion consumers can create a digital avatar of themselves and try on digital clothes for fit. Metaverse Fashion Fitting Room APPS Part of the digital world is the Metaverse Fashion apps. There are many apps where people can virtually try on clothes. This is a way to find out what clothes look good on them and what they like or don’t like. A lot of apps can support the fashion consumer, and they can create, customize, and buy their own digital fashion, which is a creative activity. The first Metaverse fashion week There is the first Metaverse Fashion Week (MVFW), which was held on March 24, 2022, by Decentraland. 60 brands showcased 500 looks. There were over 30,000 visitors. Many Metaverse fashion collections are beautiful on the virtual runway. Design development using digital technology We can design any kind of clothing with digital technology. It is truly a way to be creative. The digital development of fashion design in the Metaverse is universal, cultural, innovative, and sustainable. It is also a good way to test the properties of the designs. Designing clothes digitally and virtually is futuristic. There are different elements of digital design that we can use in order to make our fashion industry better. Designers can use the Metaverse to help create physical designs. Designing digital clothes: The elements of designing digital clothes create an avatar or mannequin 3D fashion, 3D ideas develop the concept sketch arrange patterns garment shapes/silhouette use fabrics and trims texture rendering and more Support the designer Fashion NFTs allow fashion consumers to support designers, and fashion businesses financially without buying a physical product or using their services. Cons We already live in a digital world with social media and computer work People are already living in the digital world by using their laptops and computers, so it might disconnect us from the physical world. It can disconnect us not just from the physical environment but from a part of ourselves—our mind, body, and spirit. It is not an accessible fashion People say NFTs make fashion accessible to those who can’t afford fashion. You are still buying the NFTs, and many of them can be expensive. The clothing you wear in the virtual is not physical, so, it would have to be "accessible virtual fashion", not “accessible fashion”. Mocking the universe The Metaverse could be mocking the creation of the Earth and the universe. Metaverse is trying to not just be an alternative reality, but take over reality and the universe to a degree. I am not much of a gamer The Metaverse is a "gaming universe." It is a game. I think that there will be different types of Metaverse environments, but I am not a social gamer, so I'm not going to be participating in some parts of the fashion Metaverse. There are other environments in the Metaverse that are not just for gaming, like shopping, fashion shows, virtual fitting rooms, etc. Some Metaverses are creating satanic rituals with their digital films and demon portals. Digital games can be low-vibration. For example, many digital games are satanic. I know that anytime I try to play a video game, I will get a pounding headache afterward. It happens every time. In the science fiction movie "Snow Crash," Neal Stephenson, coined the term "Metaverse". In the movie, he shows programmable avatars as humans. Could the Metaverse be a symbol of reality? Could the avatars be programming our physical bodies? Could we become more programmed humans, like robots if we "game" in the Metaverse? It depends on how you use the Metaverse, because some companies are using it in a healthy way, and other companies are not. Can the Metaverse steal a person’s soul? There is a lot of fraud and cybercrime in the Metaverse. The types of digital materials used—the digital world in which you view the Metaverse and yourself in the Metaverse—may steal your soul to some extent. Because it is artificial– and when you are looking at it, you are attempting to look at yourself in the avatar, so your soul can jump into the video screen to a degree. So when a person is in the Metaverse, they could be getting "hacked", and their soul and spirit may become hacked. There's some feeling of depression that I personally get when I see low-quality Metaverse environments, and because of the way it feels like my spirit wants to jump out of my physical body and into the Metaverse, to a degree. As an energy healer, I have been through a lot of paranormal activity, so this feeling I got could potentially be paranormal. It is not common, but spirit entities can jump in and out of the screen into these digital avatars. It has also been said that the Metaverse can steal your identity through cybercrime. Additionally, companies have used AI to imitate specific celebrities and their personalities and body language. A person may lose their identity because they can be anything and anyone in the Metaverse and not express their real selves. Mental health and the Metaverse Some digital avatars and fashion NFT garments, shoes, and accessories appear to be in good health. Some will literally give me a headache, and others will not. Some fashion NFTs are unhealthy to look at. If you look at some anime films and animation films, they are not bad to look at. Some digital designs and illustrations are very inspiring. These films and the virtual fashion show films don’t give me a headache. But there is definitely some digital animation that is healthier for a person to look at and some that aren’t. It has been said that some people call their avatar their "little twin". This could be a part of a multiple personality disorder, and it is because of the physical disconnection between people and the earth/universe. There is some death consciousness to it when people are getting depressed in their own normal clothes while their avatar is so stylish and fashionable. Should we be staring at this virtual reality? Is it healthy? Are the digital materials being used healthy to look at for short or long periods of time? One company claims that when you are in the Metaverse, you can create an avatar of yourself and then copy that avatar within the Metaverse, and those copies of yourself can go and do errands and chores for you, in order to make you feel important and out to get things done. This is not good. Photo credit: Tara Winstead/Pexels Can we make the fashion Metaverse more spiritual and metaphysical? It is an alternative reality–so some Metaverse environments are good. Some of them are spiritual realities. I think we can make the Metaverse even more spiritual. It can help us become more multidimensional beings and help us connect with the spiritual realm. I believe that some designers and fashion companies are using the Metaverse to be more spiritually dimensional. They are using the Metaverse to show what fashions could be out there within the universe and multi-universes. In the Metaverse it is a synthetic environment, so, we need to use specific digital materials that are more natural, so that is less synthetic. The Metaverse can be really unwise and hurt people, but it can also be really intelligent, resourceful, and spiritual—a way to become more of a spiritual person. Futuristic fashion We can find inspirational design and inspirational design elements in the Metaverse. A lot of the fashion industry showcases futuristic fashion because designers and non-designers are creating fashions that you don't normally see. They are so futuristic that they are spiritual. When people think of the Metaverse, they may think that the fashions that are being designed cannot be made in the real world, but the thing is, most of them can, or at least the design can be adapted and brought into the physical world. I love digital-like techno and I love synth-wave music. I love synth-inspired fashion, and this is one of the kinds of fashion in the Metaverse. I think the Metaverse will be a form of inspiration and we will start wearing the clothes that are being produced and created in the Metaverse. I think part of why I like the Metaverse is because some of the fashion is so futuristic and alien-like. I think that we want to dress like that in the real world but can't, so we dress in it in the Metaverse. I've seen a lot of examples of fashion design that are very futuristic or metaphysical in the Metaverse. For example, I saw one fashion NFT. It was a 3D garment digital illustration with literally blue energy-like, sparkly and glittery-looking fabric. Photo credit: Michelangelo Buonarroti/Pexels Final note I believe digital fashion and fashion in the Metaverse are a large part of the future, but I don't think it is the future of fashion. It will not be healthy if it doesn’t stay niche. I think it will stay niche. We are living in a physical world and if the Metaverse took over, it would eventually take over our physical world, so it is something that will need to be kept niche. One good thing about it is that it is sustainable. People who are collectors—fashion collectors that collect different fashions—instead can purchase and collect all these NFT clothing designs. A lot of brands are doing a lot of good things with fashion in the Metaverse. For example, I remember seeing a window display from a sports store at a mall. When putting out products in the window, they put all these futuristic mini monitor screens with a digital fashion design of the activewear products they were selling. Another example, I also saw a fashion brand designer produce a collection for a fashion show at NYFW, and it was completely digital and online. It was during the coronavirus, so all the designers were showcasing their collections on video. They made use of high-quality 3D digital illustration and animation. It is environmentally friendly, and the digital design was incredibly inspiring. Healthy fashion is all about connecting with our physical world, the physical planet, the physical life, and also the spiritual universe. I think technology is important and it is a part of healthy fashion. But we really have to figure out and know what is good and what is bad in the Metaverse. I do love the Metaverse in regards to some of the futuristic things that the the fashion industry does with fashion design and within the Metaverse environments. And also, I love the alien futuristic fashion. I think that this will be a part of the future physical world to design more futuristic fashion from the Metaverse. Want to read more articles? • Add These Healthy Fashion Concepts Into Your Fashion Business and/or Wardrobe

In this post, I share nine healthy fashion and healing fashion concepts. I also talk about why we should focus more on fashion for health and healing to market our fashion business and for our personal wardrobe. Additionally, I have added tools and resources for you in order to add more healthy fashion concepts to your business. If you are a fashion business, you are most likely a healthy fashion business. There are thousands of different things that fashion businesses do that are healthy practices. If you practice a few or many– you are a healthy fashion business. It is important to start talking about being a healthy fashion business more often—and marketing your business as healthy. People want to be healthy. If you have a healthy product or a healthy wardrobe, it is next-level to promote and market your company and/or wardrobe as healthy, spiritual, and healing. Healthy fashion concepts are a part of the core values of any business that is a health and wellness fashion business. One of the biggest issues in fashion today is the lack of focus on fashion being able to be a health and healing modality. Large fashion communities are promoting fashion sustainability, ethical fashion, slow fashion, and zero waste fashion. The nice thing is that the healthy fashion community/movement involves all of these fashion communities/movements. I help fashion businesses focus on fashion for health and healing My business-- the Healthy Fashion Campaign is for fashion professionals and fashion consumers. It is also for anyone interested in fashion and has an interest in fashion for mind, body, and spirit. It is made for people with both new and older businesses and careers. Additionally, you do not need to have a career in fashion, you just need to have a passion for fashion and a passion for fashion for the mind, body, and spirit. This campaign is a campaign but also a service. It is for all fashion professionals that want to learn about how they can develop their own business that supports the new fashion movement of "fashion for health as a modern wellness and modern health treatment". My business was created to help support your healthy fashion business and/or your fashion wardrobe. I cater to what you need in order to develop a brand that supports human health and wellness. The Healthy Fashion Campaign was created to enhance and support your own unique branding and business style. I provide enlightened content that will help your personal wardrobe and/or your fashion business—whatever fashion profession you have, my concepts will support you. Healthy fashion does not support only a specific "style". Healthy fashion is universal and I support brands and businesses in every style genre and in every style aesthetic. Healthy Fashion is a guide, and through my services—the book, the blog, the collaborations—it gives you a way to process the information and shows you ways to incorporate healthy fashion concepts into your business. Additionally, I show you strategies that will help you further incorporate healthy fashion concepts into your business. Do you need help with creating a more healthy fashion company or wardrobe? Do you want to produce more healthy fashion and/or wear more healthy fashion? Do you want to learn more about what makes the service or company or product of a company healthy? Do you want to be a part of the new and permanent trend—fashion as a human health treatment? Photo credit: Natailya Vaitkevich/Pexels The fashion industry is not the only industry that is becoming healthy. Many industries have outlets that create more healthy products. Just take a look at a few of these industries as an example: Automobile: hybrids/solar/electric (less petroleum/oil) Food: vegetarian, carb-free, fat-free, keto, There are so many diets that cater to people’s needs. Music: there are many music genres that are scientifically proven to help support the body, mind, and spirit; classical, nature sounds, cetacean sounds, wind chime sounds, etc. Interior design: many designers are incorporating feng shui elements into home interior design, and are using natural materials as well as ergonomic furniture to support the body physically. Household cleaners: many people with allergies and skin sensitivities to chemicals use all-natural plant-based cleaners because they do not cause irritation and health problems. You will find in all industries, there are products being sold that cater to people and are in support of helping the current conditions get better. The fashion industry is just another industry that we can use to strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. The fashion industry is already doing this, but many more specific topics of fashion for health, the many different elements of fashion, and things can be introduced into a look, outfit, wardrobe, and fashion business-- to help make people healthier. "Fashion is a powerful force and a way of healing." I am going to share a few fashion for health concepts and fashion for healing concepts. These concepts you can use for your company or wardrobe now: Healthy fashion Concepts 1. Body care trend Body care is a long-term trend. Body care is "how an individual performs applications of dressings and ointments or lotions" Body care is all about skin health, exercise, and diet, and it includes fashion because fashion is a part of taking care of your body. Fabrics and fashion affect a person’s body and skin. Introducing fashion as part of the body care concept is key. 2. Healthy cosmetic fabrics Plant-based and cosmetic fabrics. Fabrics are made with herbal and botanical treatments. An example of a cosmetic, healing fabric is magnetic fabric. Check out—"Magnetic Cloth to Aid Healing". The strong magnetic fields of the magnet heal the body. 3. What you wear is important (#whatyouwearmatters) This is a psychological and cultural fashion concept. It can be added to your social media and marketing. What we wear matters—because it affects our own body and the passersby. 4. Specific garments for specific ailments An ailment, for example, those with digestive problems: wear less structured clothing, such as less fitted blazers and pencil skirts, and more jersey knit elastic-waisted skirts with a loose jersey knit top. Certain specific style aesthetics can help with certain ailments. Fabrics and garments that massage the body and stomach will help digestion. Healing fashion concepts 5. Healing arts and fashion concepts The healing arts are a practice that supports a person’s personal growth. Our clothing is creative. Fashion is art, and it is a way to heal our bodies and minds. There are tons of concepts within the healing arts in relation to fashion. 6. Fashion is used as a coping mechanism (therapy) Therapeutic fashion solves problems. It inspires people to use fashion as a coping mechanism. 7. Wearing fashion for emotional wellness Emotional wellness is about how we can handle our emotions. Clothing can be used to help support our emotions. 8. Wearing sound This concept is a little abstract. I believe sound and fashion are going to be an upcoming trend in the future. I mean wearing clothing that can make a sound or wearing clothing that has the frequency of sound in the fibers and fabrics. Here is one interesting article: "Garments that turn clothes into a walking sound system" (this is abstract, yet there is so much we can do with clothing and sound in the future) 9. Soul retrieval and fashion Wearing specific clothing and style genres and style aesthetics to retrieve missing parts of the soul that may have left the body from trauma or may have been taken. Photo credit: Natailya Vaitkevich/Pexels Tools and resources Healthy Fashion offers innovative methods of fashion for mind, body, spirit, health, and wellbeing. • Hemp Fabric Is the Future of Fashion + 20 Hemp Fashion Brands to Shop At

In this post, I am going to share with you all about hemp fabric and why it is the future of fashion. I have also created a list of 20 hemp fashion brands from around the world, and you can shop at their stores online. I have included a shoppable hyperlinked link to their website and a brief bio that is a direct quote from their website or social media. Hemp fabric is the future of fashion. Years ago, when I was designing and producing clothing for my previous handmade brand, Alternative Fashion, I would purchase fabrics from Hemp Traders and Organic Cotton Plus. When I didn’t want to shop online, I shopped at Jo-Ann Fabrics. If you would like to see my past fashion collections, check out my old Instagram account, Alternative Fashion. I love hemp fabric, and I would wear a few of my own fashion designs made in a hemp fabric. The fabric is so comfortable; it has temperature regulating properties; it is breathable, regenerative, and circular. Hemp fabric is one of the top fabrics listed in my book Healthy Fashion. Why is hemp one of the top fashion fabrics? The fabric properties of hemp Hemp fabrics are hypoallergenic and made from the cellulose of the hemp plant, so it is like having a fashion cleanse when you wear them. It is a long-lasting fabric because it holds its shape. Hemp is an ancient fabric used for thousands of years. In Japan, the new emperor dressed in a robe made with hemp fabric during the ceremonies as it epitomizes abundance, comfort, and health. Hemp is a biodegradable fabric. It is one of the fastest-growing crops. It requires much less water than cotton to grow. Additionally, hemp fabric has antibacterial properties. Textile manufacturers have produced a biobased hemp bioplastic! Hemp is being used for many different types of products in many different industries. How hemp fabrics help our body, mind, and soul: Supports oxygen levels Stimulates and improves blood flow and circulation Chemical composition-balanced Ergonomic Hypoallergenic/hygienic Anti-stress—the plant/human connection reduces stress Hemp is a great alternative to cotton and synthetic fabrics. We cannot stress one plant; cotton, alone. We have to produce plant-based apparel from other plants, and hemp is one of them. The 20 hemp brands listed below I have researched many hemp fashion companies, and the 20 listed below are selling modern fashion and very futuristic apparel. Hemp fabrics can be designed and produced in many different types of styles and genres. These brands that produce apparel in hemp fabrics design clothing with modern shapes, silhouettes, and fashion cuts. They make use of global concepts. They are designing universal fashion that everyone can wear. They are making curated collections. These brands are designing beautiful fashions. Additionally, hemp is a luxurious fabric, making all fashions look luxurious. Hemp/cotton blends are a great fabric, and many of the brands listed below are producing apparel made with hemp/lyocell-blended fabrics. What I love about these hemp brands is that you can visit their online stores and they all sell both women's and men’s hemp apparel. What I loved about researching these 20 hemp fashion brands is that they are all over the world. I found hemp brands in India, New Zealand, Poland, America, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and many more! It is really inspiring to see all of these brands that are choosing to produce entirely or almost entirely all hemp apparel from around the world! My work, the Healthy Fashion Campaign, is all about promoting and supporting fashion professionals with their fashion businesses and fashion consumers with their wardrobes. I feel everyone should wear hemp apparel. You don’t have to buy a new wardrobe, but adding a few pieces to your wardrobe will support a person’s healthy fashion journey. It is also important for all fashion businesses to incorporate hemp into their business. For those who are living a healthy lifestyle and want to wear healing, healthy fabric, try hemp. It is not often found in mainstream fashion stores, but you can shop online—and I have found these 20 great brands that sell both men’s and women’s hemp apparel. It is about living sustainably and living a regenerative lifestyle. We are currently in transition, and many of these brands would agree that plant-based is the future of fashion and a current and upcoming long-term trend. • The Power of Awareness, Gold, Myrrh, and The Four Elements in Fashion

In this post, I am going to be sharing with you quotes from one of my favorite books, "Pearls of Wisdom" by Mark and Elizabeth Prophet. These quotes specifically and symbolically talk about fashion. The quotes I am quoting from the book are not complete quotes. I have omitted words from the quotes. I explain in detail what these quotes mean in regard to healthy fashion. There are four specific concepts of fashion that the quotes are about: fashion and conscious awareness, fashion and spiritual protection, fashion and the four elements (spiritual alchemy), fashion and beauty (spiritual jewelry and perfume), and fashion and crystals (accessories). We can use fashion for energy, mindfulness, balance, and self-care. I recently read “Pearls of Wisdom”, and I noted some of the quotes in my notebook because apart from the library book, I couldn’t find it in print elsewhere. I could only find it in the library, so I wanted to make sure I took notes. You may be able to find it on the internet, but it is a dictation book from 1976, and it is called "Pearls of Wisdom" by Mark Prophet and Elizabeth Prophet. The book is at the Central San Diego Library if you want to read it. “Pearls of Wisdom, Malibu, Calif. : Summit Univ. Pr., 1977.” I cannot find the specific book online, if you are interested, you can go check out the author’s other books Summit Lighthouse is selling. Spiritual Books by Mark L. and Elizabeth Clare Prophet Both Elizabeth and Mark Prophet are no longer living. Mark Prophet has published 108+ books, and they are shown on Goodreads! Elizabeth Prophet has 239 books shown on Goodreads! These books expose the secrets of the universe. I have known about their work for years and I just finally started reading their books. One thing I noticed in their book is that they indirectly talk a lot about fashion and they use words like "wear, cloak, and garment." The book is a spiritual book. There are a few specific quotes (others that I will eventually talk about in future blog posts). I wanted to mention Elizabeth Clare Prophet was a fashion icon. If you google search for her name and look through the images, you can see that her outfits were stylish but also spiritual too. The three books by Mark and Elizabeth Prophet that I have read are: The Soulless One: Cloning A Counterfeit Creation by Mark Prophet Pearls of Wisdom by Mark & Elizabeth Prophet Corona Class Lessons by Elizabeth Prophet Some of these quotes I have listed below are symbolic; they do not specifically talk about fashion, yet they use fashion and beauty terms. The five quotes I will be mentioning are about Fashion and conscious awareness Fashion and spiritual protection Fashion and the four elements (spiritual alchemy) Fashion and beauty (spiritual jewelry and perfume) Fashion and crystals (accessories) I've chosen to talk about these specific quotes from Elizabeth and Mark Prophet’s book because they show that fashion is much deeper than how we are presently perceiving fashion. For those who live an especially spiritual lifestyle, these quotes are definitely going to be something you're interested in. In order to develop our wardrobes and in order for companies to become more healthy, we have to look at our fashions in a spiritual way. The 5 quotes from Pearls of Wisdom Fashion and conscious awareness "...all is of truth and there has not been a wrinkle upon the garment of being, of awareness…" - Mark and Elizabeth Prophet, Pearls of Wisdom This quote is more symbolic, yet it talks about awareness. Having wrinkle-free clothes is a symbol of purity. (This is symbolic; however, I feel wrinkles in clothing are natural.) Yet the awareness of our being is pure and wrinkle-free. I think that is a beautiful quote. I personally have not always been awake. I am still not always conscious. But, I know I can use fashion to become more awake. I can use fashion as a tool to help me be aware. Fashion and spiritual protection "...your own beloved I AM presence walking the earth in the temple which you wear? - Mark and Elizabeth Prophet, Pearls of Wisdom This quote is also symbolic because "the temple which you wear”, could mean several things. It could mean we are wearing the I AM presence, and the human body could also be the temple, as well as the clothing that we wear could be the temple. I believe the “temple which you wear” is spiritual protection. For example, in ancient times in Europe, they would design clothing to imitate the temples and churches, and this was because they wanted to seal the light force within their bodies. When you go to the church, or "temple," it is full of light, and the temple is the protection, sealing in the light within the church. Fashion and the four elements (Spiritual Alchemy) "...you have become air, fire, water, and earth, and there has been the alchemical resolution…" -Mark and Elizabeth Prophet, Pearls of Wisdom I speak about fashion and the four elements: fire, air, water, and earth in my book Healthy Fashion. I have said that there is specific alchemy when we dress in the four elements, and this quote, says that there is a four element “alchemical resolution” when “we have become air, fire, water, and earth”. I don't specifically say in my book Healthy Fashion—that we will become air, fire, and water, earth, but I do say that wearing four element clothing represents becoming air, fire, water, and earth for spiritual alchemy. This is really interesting and how we have to "become" air, fire, water, and earth, and I agree. I think our 5 bodies (mental, physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual) have to become the four elements, and clothing is a part of that. Fashion and beauty (spiritual jewelry and perfume) "...the third eye and the crown with gold and frankincense and myrrh..." - Mark and Elizabeth Prophet, Pearls of Wisdom This quote specifically talks about gold and frankincense and myrrh helping the energy body with the chakras; the third eye, throat chakra, crown chakra, etc. I love the idea of using essential oils for perfumes instead of chemical perfumes. Perfumes and fragrances are a powerful part of fashion. Myrrh is a medicinal herb and is used as a perfume. Aromatherapy and herbalism are important parts of healthy fashion. Gold is known to help heal wounds and infections. You can wear frankincense and myrrh essential oils, and/or you can burn the incense on your clothing. Types of metals like gold help the body and have healing properties. Gold is also used in cosmetics, for skin, and for anti-aging. Fashion and crystal accessories "... send forth the sapphire of light, send forth the amethyst crystal…" -Mark and Elizabeth Prophet, Pearls of Wisdom This quote speaks about the human body beaming with crystal energy light and using this crystal energy like a beam that goes forth and helps to heal the planet and other humans. Wearing crystals, whether it is jewelry, added to textile pigments and threads and fabrics, or worn as an accessory, is healthy fashion. Jewelry and gemstones are energy medicine and they help with the five bodies: the mental body, the physical body, the emotional body, the spiritual body, and the energetic body. There is an alternative healing and holistic therapy called crystal healing or crystal therapy. To cleanse crystals, put them in a bowl of sea salt for a few minutes. I learned about that from Hanna Kroeger's book, "Seven Spiritual Causes of Ill Health." It really works very quickly and is easier than putting it in water, digging and putting it under the soil, or under the moonlight, but those are also other great ways to cleanse crystals. Final Note We need more healthy, creative, holy spiritual fashion. We need more conscious awareness in regard to how we perceive clothing. We need to wear the earth’s elements to create spiritual "alchemy". We need to wear the elements of the earth, gold, herbs, and crystals. We need to be spiritually protected and know that our garments are protecting us. Our temple and our garments are part of the temple too. Part of my plans and goals for the healthy fashion campaign is to talk about fashion in a spiritual way. I want the industry to be able to market fashion in a more spiritual way as well. I want fashion consumers to wear "spiritual" fashion. When we perceive fashion in a spiritual way, we are activating the consciousness of fashion and the consciousness of spiritual fashion. It is part of spiritual healing to wear these healthy fashions and use healthy beauty products. As an energy healer and fashion entrepreneur, I recognize that fashion has become more spiritual and holistic, and I consider myself a healthy fashion practitioner. Part of the solution to making the fashion industry healthier is to produce spiritual fashion and activate the consciousness of spiritual fashion. If you are interested in spirituality, I recommend Pearls of Wisdom. It might not be in print anymore, but they have another book called Pearls of Wisdom that might be the same or similar: Pearls of Wisdom: Teachings of the Ascended Masters Dictated to the Messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet. • Healthy Fashion + Healthy Lifestyle Journal

I'm going to be sharing with you some of my lifestyle and the things that I do in my life. I think that it is important to show people who I am and what I do apart from fashion—to show you that my lifestyle has affected my fashion work so much. It is partly because of the healthy lifestyle activities that make me interested in working in fashion for human and environmental health. This is my first "journal" post and I will not be posting about my lifestyle every single week, but I am going to continue creating lifestyle journal posts and just talking about my life to let you know about me. The work of healthy fashion and what I do is specializing in fashion for mind, body, and health. It's very much a part of the other lifestyle activities that I do. I have another profession. I am an energy healer. In terms of my planetary energy work, I work with the energy and the universe for the spiritual awakening on earth and in the universe. Some of the things I like to do: I am very interested in exercises like walking, yoga, tai chi, qi gong, and all different kinds of therapies and alternative therapies. A few alternative therapies that I practice: Guided breathing meditation Acupressure Magnet therapy Soup therapy for healing Violet flame meditation Sesame oil gargle Solfeggio, binaural and rife frequencies I would love to try the crystal caves and salt caves sometime. I love walking in a labyrinth, like a figure eight with my hands in prayer hands. This is the one thing that I do that is very spiritual and it helps my mind, body, and spirit. Flowers + coffee Photo credit: Iona Motoc/Pexels Like in the picture, I love drinking coffee (usually black) and hot chocolate. I recently bought pumpkin spice cappuccino k-cups, which are really delicious. I added the caramel-flavored coffee k-cup to the pumpkin spice mix k-cup and it was delicious. I would like to try white hot chocolate soon. I actually kind of feel like being festive this fall season, and anything pumpkin to me is very festive. I don’t usually get all festive for fall. Now that I moved into my apartment a few months ago, I feel like getting a few festive home decorations. I do not celebrate Halloween much at all, but I love the fall decorations and fall foods. I also love flowers, and I just recently read Hannah Kroger's book "The Seven Spiritual Causes of Ill Health". Hanna said in her book that flowers are angelic messengers. I've never thought about it like that, but I believe angelic energy from the flower is emitted. I believe all flowers are angelic messengers, and I also believe they have a spiritual essence—and this essence is used in fabrics, beauty and hygiene products, etc. Green Tea and Matcha Photo credit: Teona Swift/Pexels Fashion work and tea go together. Something that I've been doing for my fashion business is keeping a planner, and I write down all of the schedules that I do during the day. I have The Happy Planner, which is the best planner I've ever owned. It has a monthly calendar spread and daily schedule checklist layouts. I love drinking a cup of green tea or matcha green tea while I work. I have been drinking green tea and matcha tea to help my teeth, too. Green tea is also known to help the heart and anyone who has had a stroke. Mount Shasta, an energy vortex Photo credit: Colin Mclive/Pexels One thing that I absolutely love to do is visit specific locations that have energy vortexes. If you've never heard of an energy vortex, it is a spiritual place or sacred site or location where there is a lot of high energy, so high that you can feel that the energy is different than most other places. I recently just visited La Jolla, California, and I drove around doing errands, I also had a doctor's appointment that day. I noticed that La Jolla is an energy vortex– or specific neighborhoods in La Jolla have energy vortexes. I noticed this because I'm an energy healer and so I can feel the energy and I can see the energy, similar to the way I can feel the energy but also see it. For example, if a person is sick, their energy is low, and you can visibly see the energy of the person is different than when you see the energy of a person that is not sick. I first learned about energy vortexes when I visited my most favorite vortex, Mount Shasta, in Mount Shasta, California. Mount Shasta, California, is known in folklore as being connected to an ancient race called the Lumerians. This ancient race is known to be living in the middle of the Earth called The Hollow Earth, and you can find a book this book by Dianne Robbins. It is one of my favorite books. During this time of spiritual awakening, Lumerians are supposed to come up from the hollow of the earth and wherever else they are to support the spiritual ascension. Many people are already being supported by the Lumerians, and they don't even know it. They are also known to be spirit guides. One thing I've discovered is that whenever I talk about spirituality, I get these people who have previously acted toward me as if what I said wasn't real, but if you're reading this blog post, you're more than likely aware of everything that is happening and going on, particularly the spiritual ascension that's happening. Photo credit: Ana Shvets/Pexels Some of my favorite food and hobbies: cherries are one of my favorite fruits. Apart from fashion, one of my hobbies is cooking. I used to be a former chef at a meditation retreat called Bhavana Society. It was a lot of fun, and I was able to make a lot of different types of foods from around the world. I had just finished making vegetable soup today. San Diego is having a heatwave and it's like 85° in my apartment, but I still cooked the soup because I really needed it! I think that when we make food, it can have healing properties. When you're putting all these different ingredients together, you're creating something, and when you eat it, it can “warm the soul”. Hanna's recipes warm the soul. I have read Hannah Kroeger's book "Good Health Through Special Diets," one of my favorite books by Hannah Kroeger, and she gives some of the best recipes in that book. Most of them are very healing and simple to make. This past week I've had strawberry banana smoothies I love strawberry banana smoothies. I haven't had a strawberry banana smoothie in years, so it was really nice to be able to have them this week. I had a TIA/mini-stroke that was really severe but did not paralyze me. It did make some of my fingers a little bit stiffer but it is going away. I think that part of why I am healing is the diet that I am on. I've been eating salads, tofu dogs, English muffins with salsa and cheese, and mini English muffin pizzas, turkey and tuna sandwiches, scrambled eggs, and I had a little junk food like pretzel/cheese crackers, and my Trader Joe’s cinnamon rolls I will be eating soon. Blogging about Fashion and Lifestyle Photo credit: Teona Swift/Pexels Right now I am working on building a wardrobe. I don’t like all my clothes right now. There was a period in my life when I was shopping for lots of t-shirts, sweatshirts, and leggings, yet I'm getting to the point where I need to wear clothing that's a little bit less minimal and more high-fashion. Or just more clothes in general. I don't think I will stop wearing leggings–I am a little eccentric when it comes to my fashion and the outfits that I wear, but the t-shirts I have aren’t all high fashion and some of them are unflattering. I need to find different t-shirts with better cuts and more sweatshirts, but I can't really wear sweatshirts and sweaters right now because of the summer heat. I would like to wear more dresses, skirts, and novelty tops. I need to take some photo shoots too and create some of those photos of my new looks, but right now I'm just going to be planning it, not doing it yet. I'm also very picky when it comes to shopping. I like to try clothing on before I buy it—and a lot of the clothes in stores are made from polyester, acrylic, and rayon. Those are the fabrics that I don't really wear. I do wear some plant-based/poly-blended fabrics. I am also on a budget, so I can't just buy whatever I want either. But I do have some new clothes that I have not posted that I'd like to share with you and I will be posting them soon. I do believe it is boring when I am a fashion professional and I can't photograph myself in clothing. I haven't been photographing myself too much because I've been looking really tired. I would like to start photographing more and modeling my looks. Stay tuned for more fashion + lifestyle journal posts. Want to read more articles? Check them out here: HIGHLIGHTS

  • The Consciousness of Plant-Based Apparel

The Healthy Fashion Campaign is a fashion environmental action and human health public awareness campaign. In this post, I talk about how it is possible for the industry to become a predominantly plant-based apparel industry. I talk about animal fibers being a niche market fiber and synthetic polyester being a fabric that needs to stop being produced, at least stop most of its production. Many of us in the fashion industry is in a rock and a hard place in regards to transitioning from synthetic to plant-based. It's a challenge, and I'll continue to promote and create solutions. There is an abundance of natural resources if we use specific plants or the earth's elements in a sustainable and health-conscious way I think in the fashion industry, fashion professionals are responsible for producing more plant-based apparel. Fashion consumers are responsible for buying plant-based apparel. However, I don't blame any brand or fashion company that uses synthetic materials; it's an economical demand, and some of the products, because of their history, have relied on this material for so many things that we don't even have other options for certain cases. This is a very controversial subject because we, on a global scale, are confined to this synthetic material, for the most part, whether we like it or not. Potentially, current plant-based products may create a significant number of resources depending on what they are and how they are produced. As a collective ever since the early 1900s, we have relied significantly on synthetic tech fabrics and have not even been given the chance to find other alternatives that are plant-based due to the demand for synthetic ones. When plants are backed up by technology in a healthy way, then the eco-fashion "movement" will not be a green-washed term. And even some of the current biotech fibers are not up to par with human health or for the preservation of the human race. Sustainability is very much in fashion currently, and everyone is getting involved. Whether it's the fashion professional or the fashion consumer, we are all responsible for creating our fashion industry. There are many contradictory elements of what sustainable fashion is, similar to the new code word "vegan," which is a bunch of cheap and chemical fibers that don't belong on our bodies—this keeps the industry imbalanced and does become part of the problem. Photo credit: Ron Lach Plant-based Fabrics Natural plant dyeing is the lowest on the totem poll regarding the fashion industry's supply chain and could result in much healthier apparel. I am continuing to research the processes and selections. However, at this time, we need to develop new plant-based technology that can overtake the current chemical fibers and dyes. Mass fashion broke out in the 1930s, and before then we used four fibers: cotton, wool, flax, and silk. As time goes on, we can’t go back to four fibers. In ancient South America, in ancient history, they used 550 different types of plants for textiles. We need to use a wide variety of plants for textiles. We have abandoned the use of plant fabrics to such a degree that we actually depend on synthetic fibers and know no other way. One fabric that we could use for apparel textiles is nettle. I would love to see nettle become a widely introduced fabric for the fashion industry, and I'll certainly be adding nettle fibers to my future articles. I think it would be great for activewear if made as a jersey knit fabric. I'm sure it's a lack of investment that keeps this plant from being produced more, and it's perfect because it is a wild invasive weed that can be cultivated. Such is the case for most plant-based tech fibers. In the past, I have made an herbal tea from nettle leaves, and I can only think that while wearing it, the stalks of the plant may have similar medicinal properties and be breathable. It's typically made into a coarse fabric, yet it is blended a lot with other fibers for fashion fabrics. I think that it's very suitable for interior design and upholstery fabrics produced as is, and would also be an excellent fiber for knitwear. Nettle yarn is more widely used than nettle fabric. While it may be a more labor-intensive process to produce plant-based products, we are cheapening ourselves out of the process. Synthetic fashion = Fast fashion and is the root of unethical fashion on many levels. Animal Fabrics I keep my own ethos and theories of what will work on a global scale consistent and aligned with my own work and research. In regards to wool, wool will always be part of the fashion industry, and many cultures, like Scotland and Ireland, rely on wool. I personally think it should always stay a minor commodity, because there are a lot of unethical ways of producing wool, and there's no need to rely on another animal's fur to keep us warm. Animal materials, holistically, are not the best because they are not hypoallergenic, and there shouldn't be a need to "take the coat from another man's back" kind of thing. However, some people feel comfortable with animal fibers, and that is fine. I personally can’t wear furs because they irritate my skin. I do feel like organic animal fibers will always be in consumer demand. However, if we compare animal skins to fur, it's not cruel, yet it's a continuum. If we want to go holistic to achieve animal-free harmony, we must focus on 100% biodegradable plant fashion. Yet the animal fiber market is about 1-3%), so it is OK to promote healthy animal fabrics. Synthetic Polyester The choice to use recycled polyester to stop the production of virgin materials is also an issue. It instigates more synthetic production. Many manufacturers are in demand for recycled polyester because it is such a trend that they are choosing to produce new plastic bottles simply to turn them into fabric. If it saves greenhouse gas emissions, think of all the pollution that synthetic chemical test tube fibers are causing the planet. It's not supporting the environment, and chemical fibers never have. And from the beginning of the industrial revolution, the invention of cheap fabrics from leading chemical companies gave the opportunity for fast fashion to occur. It's actually about the consumer because they are the ones that decide where to shop, not the large sweatshops that are taking advantage of the opportunity of demand and the economy. Photo credit: Ron Lach Can we produce predominantly plant-based apparel? Yes, it can be scalable and economical. There are dye companies that literally use soil to dye fabrics. How much well-healthy soil is readily available? That's where we need to switch our perspective on our resources and create new ways to dye fabrics, etc. Think of the seaweed farms we can produce and the fibers and dyes made from seaweed. We shouldn’t have a dependence on synthetics. It is possible to have a plant-based industry; it's a matter of knowledge and experimentation. Chemicals can be safe, but only to a certain degree. Some chemicals and synthetics are harsh poisons at certain levels. I think that using plant technology is the future. For example, 3D printing is never going to go away. It gives designers fashion we never thought possible. However, it is the materials being used that need to change, and the machinery that can work with plant-based products. We cannot blame the fashion industry I have gone to NYC, and I have also seen the unappealing side of the fashion business. I met people, and I literally felt like there was a bug repellant between me and the fashion industry that I was introduced to at some points. There's unethical labor here in the US, let me tell you. Yet, I continue to have empathy for the situation and realize that everyone is vulnerable, and the interconnectedness is much too complex to accuse or condemn others. There are unethical businesses in all parts of the globe. Look at America: disease and crime. I am conveying that there are underlying issues behind sickness and evil. You will find corruption wherever you go. However, exploiting and opposing the culprit raises awareness, yet blaming and accusing and actually threatening people who are not the ones that are bad—this doesn't create solutions, it makes matters worse. We are now on a spiritual journey of spiritual awakening and I have been learning about serpent fashion and Christ fashion. I believe that the consciousness of plant-based fashion can help support a person's spiritual ascension. Want to read more articles? Check them out here: HIGHLIGHTS

  • A New Fashion Trend: Ergonomic Fashion Design

In this post, I will share with you what ergonomic fashion design is. It is responsible fashion because it helps the body and mind therapeutically. I have added a couple of quotes from other professionals talking about this new trend in fashion called "ergonomic fashion", "fashion ergonomics", "ergonomic clothing" etc. I call it ergonomic fashion. It is a large concept, and many different types of topics can be studied with regard to ergonomic fashion. Ergonomic fashion relieves pain, relieves suffering, and it is soothing and energizing to wear. Ergonomic fashion fabrics, material development, and apparel will help our bodies and minds when they are designed ergonomically. A few examples of therapeutic ergonomic fashion: Fashion fabrics made with emollients (ex. aloe-infused fabric) Compressive apparel Infused-fashion fabrics that are antibacterial and germicidal Designs and prints that improve mood Laundry detergents made with essential oils that act as adaptogens Holistic visual imagery on clothing that reduces stress Attractive design aesthetic that increases endorphins The definition of ergonomics from Merriam Webster: "An applied science concerned with designing and arranging things people use so that the people and things interact most efficiently and safely." There is "fashion ergonomics" in regard to fashion manufacturing and the design of machines that help support the safety and efficiency of the worker. I am not speaking about that. I am speaking about how fashion design can provide safety and efficiency to a human’s body and mind. Fashion engineering is ergonomic fashion We have to think like an engineer in regard to design. We have to wear therapeutic designs that are ergonomic in order to have a productive and efficient day. An ergonomic fashion design is clothing that both performs and functions well, as well as clothing that assists a human in performing and functioning well.Ergonomic fashion is therapeutic for the body because it is beneficial and comfortable to wear. Clothing that is ill-fitting and uncomfortable to wear is a non-ergonomic fashion design. A quote from the article "Application of Clothing Ergonomics in Fashion Design": "It combines professional clothing characteristics and ergonomics content to constitute an independent system, and the purpose is to completely change the traditional concept of the past, realizes harmony and unity of human and the clothing, humane and the environment, "beauty in form" and "efficiency" in the process of the clothing designing, so that clothing art and wearing actual effect can reach the best matching condition of comfort, health, safety, health, function, appearance, personality." - Xiaonyan Yang A few examples of ergonomic equipment: Ergonomic keyboards Ergonomic mouse Laptop stands Kneeling chairs With ergonomic fashion, we are turning clothing into "equipment". Our "clothing" is the "equipment" to make our lifestyles more effective and masterly. Ergonomic fashion design is exceptional design. We can manage our body and mind better when we wear ergonomic clothing. In order to build an ergonomic wardrobe, we have to choose clothing not only for aesthetics but also for function and purpose. When we bring science and spirituality together, we have ergonomic fashion designs. It is a science to design apparel that corrects the body. Ergonomic design improves the body. Fabrics that moisturize the skin, clothing that has a built-in design to press on acupressure points, and design that is seamless, without causing any irritation to the skin; are a few examples of ergonomic design details. Ergonomic fashion can help our energetic bodies We also have to think about the energy flow of the body and how our clothing affects our chakras, our energy channels, and the way specific fabrics are placed on the body. The way the design and the specific seam lines, and silhouettes help the energy flow. Well, non-ergonomic design can help the energy flow stop. In Hanna Kroeger’s book: "The Seven Spiritual Causes of Ill Health," she talks about the chakras and the aura being a large egg that surrounds the body. This aura has to be filled with energy. Specific types of ergonomic fabrics and materials can aid the aura. When we treat the body with ergonomic apparel, it is a treatment, a healing treatment. What we wear can affect our aura and our energy body. We want to seal the life force in the body and steal the energy within the aura. Photo credit: Sergey Makashin Incorporate these brilliant ergonomic fashion items into your wardrobe: Seamless clothing—clothing with no seams Athleisure apparel—clothing that looks and feels good Biocrystal apparel—reduces stress and fatigue Soft fabrics—to support your nerves, sensory-friendly Compression garments—They give a light massage to the body because of the pressure. (We can also use and wear medical-grade and non-medical-grade garments. All medical grade garments are ergonomic fashion designs.) Temperature regulation-- wear TencelTM with thermal regulating cooling and plant-based down or down-filled clothing for warming properties. Most all plant-based fabrics are temperature regulating. Weighted garments—they are good for reducing stress Acupressure slippers—sandals with the nubs on the slippers massage the pressure points on the bottom of the feet. This is an ergonomic accessory designed to be very therapeutic. I would consider it a fashion that is medicinal. Quote from the article: "How Fashion Ergonomics Help Your Spine" "Fashion ergonomics is the intersection of fashion and health" - Dr. Erickson A few of my ergonomic fashions in my wardrobe I have worn really uncomfortable, non-ergonomic clothing in my life, and it made my days really unproductive and not efficient. I even fainted once in a dress that was too tight. I have gotten so itchy from wool that I wanted my skin to turn inside out. I've worn clothing with zippers that would scratch my skin and irritate my skin. I've worn lots of different types of clothes that were especially uncomfortable, and I sacrificed in the name of fashion. Currently, this is a spiritual awakening time. I believe part of my spiritual awakening is dressing more comfortably in ergonomic fashion. I'm not allowing myself to be uncomfortable. Sometimes I am, but not a lot. Backpack I have several examples of ergonomically designed clothing in my wardrobe. I own a really cute juniper-colored backpack, I specifically bought it because the straps are padded. There have been many times when I purchased backpacks with straps that were not padded enough and they created a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck. This is an example of ergonomic fashion-padded straps on a backpack. Foot inserts As a healthy fashion practitioner, I practice fashion and use it as a tool and healing modality. Ergonomic clothing can help heal the body. For example, I have a pair of foot inserts that have supported my legs and my feet. Previous to these foot inserts, my foot arch was dropping. This type of fashion accessory has been able to help support my arch. It keeps it from falling and has strengthened my arch. This is an ergonomic design. Posture corrector /back brace Also, I consider my back brace a fashion accessory because I wear it. Even though it is not necessarily a fashion, it is a piece of fabric and materials that hold the body. In the future, fashion designers can build jackets with a built-in back brace in them and make them look more fashionable. I really like my back brace and I have had spine issues with my spine. I don't wear it all the time, but when I do wear it, it helps me a great deal. We can use my back brace/posture corrector as an example of ergonomic design. This is a design that corrects my body, and that is exactly what ergonomic fashion does. It corrects any ailments that we may have, and also just supports the body in general. This is a new wellness and fashion trend that will support the body therapeutically. Leggings I wear a lot of leggings most of the time. I love the compression of the fabric against my legs. I believe I wear these to stimulate circulation in my legs. I have had mini-strokes in the past and they affected my leg muscles. I have muscle atrophy, so the compression leggings help stimulate my legs and give them support. It is not a medical-grade compression garment, but it is enough to help my body. Compression garments are also known to improve blood flow, which helps the circulation in my legs as well. Crew Socks I also like to wear crew socks. I do not like to expose my ankles. Part of it is because of an old injury that I have, and it gives the ankle extra support and strengthens it. But, I also just recently learned from a Feng Shui book, I cannot recall the author, but she said that there is a meridian point and an acupressure point right on the side of the ankle, and if it is exposed to cool air, the chi may leak out. So, there are specific ways that we can wear clothes to support our meridians and acupoints. Photo credit: Sergey Makashin Final Note Ergonomic fashion is an entire field of study that can be studied and the different ergonomic design apparel that is currently being produced. Ergonomic fashion is not a new concept; there are many different types of fashion designs being created that are ergonomic; thousands, millions, but they are not specifically called ergonomic fashion designs. Ergonomic fashion can be found in all style genres. It is not a specific style. It is the way the garment is designed. All style genres produce some ergonomic fashion in their collections. However, there are some style genres that carry a lot of ergonomic apparel. Some of the style genres that carry high-performance apparel: is minimalism. luxury, athleisure, loungewear, activewear, casual wear, and athleisure fashion. But you can find ergonomically designed apparel in every style genre. Many luxury wear apparel brands are developing ergonomic clothing. That is because they are comfortable and luxurious. Unfortunately, we aren’t marketing clothing as ergonomically in the mainstream enough. Our clothing can be much more than how it is being marketed. Soon, in the mainstream, the fashion industry will label clothing as an ergonomic design product, and this is not only healing fashion but mindful fashion as well. I believe that ergonomic fashion is going to be a future trend and be promoted in all fashion markets very soon. Many products are already ergonomic, they're just not being expressed as ergonomic. In my book Healthy Fashion, I wrote a section of the book specifically about ergonomic design. If you want to learn more about ergonomic fashion and therapeutic fashion, check out my book, Healthy Fashion. I support conscious consumers who want to help their wardrobe and fashion professionals who want to have a healthier fashion business. In the book, I offer methods and ways fashion can be used as an alternative health remedy and as a long-term wellness trend. I will also be sharing more posts about ergonomic and therapeutic apparel on this blog for my healthy fashion campaign. Ergonomic fashion is inspiring. When you choose to wear ergonomic apparel, it will enhance and support your own unique style. We all want fashion that can support our bodies therapeutically as well as function and perform with ease. Want to read more articles? Check them out here: HIGHLIGHTS

  • Using Color In Fashion Branding For Health

Hello everyone. I just wanted to let you know my book, Healthy Fashion, is written for both fashion professionals and fashion consumers, and my blog is also written for both fashion professionals and fashion consumers. If a post sounds like it is written for a brand or business, I write it so that it will help the fashion consumer too. Additionally, if you have any questions or blog topics you would like me to write about, let me know! In this article, I'm going to be speaking about color in regard to your brand, business, and wardrobe. There are specific things you can do to use color to help support your business and/or your wardrobe. Building your color palette in your wardrobe or business is crucial. I have included color ideas and color concepts for you and for your business. I have also included the Spring/Summer NYFW color trend palettes by Pantone. The fall/winter season is approaching. These Pantone colors are the color trends for this coming season. Additionally, in this post, I tell you how I found my signature colors. Colors are for your mind, body, and spirit, and they support and are a part of your fashion expertise. The colors that you use create your visual identity. A visual identity is a collection of elements that are used in a brand to portray the business. All colors are integral to health and healing. I don’t think that we should only use certain colors either. All colors help. Color is healing because it is energy. We can also study Feng shui in relation to color. Color palettes: These color palettes or color combinations could be within an outfit, in a collection, or on a website or retail space: Here are a few fashion color palettes and color combinations for inspiration: Pink, beige, maroon, grey, black Gold, sea green, beige, white Glitter, purple, light pink, cream, peach Metallic, blue, grey, white Prism, lime green, bright orange, teal, black The fall and winter seasons are coming. Pantone has created a report of color trends for Spring/Summer 2022. The Spring/Summer fashion show showcases the Fall/Winter 2022 fashion collections. Pantone is a business of color industry experts that helps the fashion industry and other industries. They provide "a universal language of color" and they are "a leading source of color expertise". From Pantone's report, here is the NYFW Spring/Summer 2022 Color Palette: Photo credit: Pantone Photo credit: Pantone This is Pantone’s color of the year: "Very Peri" PANTONE 17-3938 (Periwinkle) I love how Pantone defines their colors. Pantone defines Very Peri stating: " Whose Courageous Presence Encourages Personal Inventiveness and Creativity." We can use color for much more than just naming colors and liking them. For example, Pantone creates representations and interpretations of colors. This is also using color as a healing modality, and that is why it is so important to use color in your wardrobes and use it in your fashion business. If we can think about what color means more deeply, then we can use color as a form of communication and as a healing modality. Color names Fashion Color Names by Sew Guide. Sew Guide has a large list of color names. I think that if we remember more of the color names, it can start to become more of a language and communication in a creative way and can help us connect with colors in a deeper way. "Color possesses a language without words." - Billy Dugger A few color names that I like: Electric blue Cornflower blue Mint Green Sea Green Aqua blue Seafoam green Rose quartz Fuschia Pink Rose gold Bubblegum pink My signature business colors and wardrobe colors My business colors are pastel pinks and pastel blues. If you were to visit the other pages on my website, you would find that I use mostly pastel colors. You will find light pastel pinks, light pastel blues, and white. I believe I was able to find my signature colors because I was able to connect with my soul more deeply when I visited the spiritual energy vortexes. These colors are part of my "soul colors", my signature soul colors. In regards to my wardrobe, I personally like pastel colors. However, when I do get in the mood to wear dark colors, I love dark colors too, and I tend to wear 50% light colors and 50% dark colors with my black leggings worn with a pastel or light-colored top. Sometimes I like to wear all black, or all dark colors, or all light colors. It depends on my mood. I believe the colors in my apartment's interior design decor express part of my signature colors. When I am surrounded by these colors, I am constantly reminded of who I am, and part of the color is a part of my soul. Like the colors found in my aura, these aura colors are a part of my soul. The colors of the human aura also make us attracted to certain colors. I would say that looking around my apartment, most of my decor is in light colors. Light pinks, light blues, light beige, and green (my fake plants and real plants). But overall, I have a lot of light aqua and light pink interior decorations. "Colors, like features, follow the changes of the emotions." - Pablo Picasso A lot of times, we will pick the colors that are connected with the chakras of the body and use the colors to help support specific chakra colors that our businesses are connected with. For example, the root chakra is red. Red expresses the survival and the life force of a person. The universal symbol of red is passion, excitement, and anger, but we can go deeper than that. The red root chakra helps us to be anchored in the body, so when we see red, it helps the life force, protects it, and anchors it. Photo credit: Alena Darmel Color tips and analysis Color is a part of brand awareness and the wardrobe. Color is a part of your brand style and personal style. Colors can express your values and beliefs. The colors in a wardrobe, fashion products, and the colors in branding and marketing are all supporting a human’s thoughts, feelings, ideas, emotions, and personal creative expression. Color and style tips: Putting together a color mood board or color collage of your signature colors that are a part of your holistic color trend cycle Add inspirational color healing quotes to your collage or mood board Being consistent with color but not stagnant Use specific color tools and color resources that are available to you We also choose the colors that we are connected to in regard to the four elements; air, water, fire, earth, and astrology. I am most connected to the water element. If someone is, for example, like me, a Scorpio, they tend to wear and be drawn to the color blue because their zodiac sign, Scorpio, is a water sign. We can analyze the color palettes that we use with regard to four different factors: health, holistic trend, enlightenment, and transition. This is the four-question analysis: Health How do the colors that you use connect with human health and environmental health? Holistic trend What makes the color current, modern, and trendy yet also timeless? A holistic trend is a cycle of a holistic trend within a specific time frame. Enlightenment How are the colors you use supporting your spiritual enlightenment and your spiritual awakening? Transition How does color transform your life and transition you into your future? "Colors are vibrating light energies, each "color ray" produces a sound that affects matter." - Jacqueline Ripstein I love this quote above by Jacqueline Ripstein, and I agree that we are wearing and seeing the color as music, to a degree. Colors are like the frequency of the music. We can use colors that match specific music genres like wind chimes, whale sounds, classical, and nature sounds. The frequency and rhythm of color are not just of music, there are many ways we can consider color as frequency. How I was able to find my signature colors When you go through a specific number of spiritual initiations, your spirit guides, or the Universe, will show you your signature colors. You will begin using the specific colors in your life more than other colors, and this creates your signature colors. When I started the Healthy Fashion Campaign, I used aqua blue and light pink a lot, and I started to realize that these were not only my branding colors but my soul colors. After I found out light aqua and light pink were my signature colors, I was told they were my "soul colors." These sacred sites and spiritual energy vortexes have very high energy and high vibration when I visit these places. Spiritual energy vortexes I recommend that you visit for spiritual awakening: Mount Shasta, California Joshua Tree, California Lake Tahoe, California Crestone, Colorado Crater Lake, Oregon Coronado, California Sedona, Arizona When I visited the vortexes, I would go for walks in the area and sit somewhere, even in my car, and I would create a connection between my lower physical self and my higher self. Then this connection would also connect me with the Universe, Great Spirit, (whatever you would like to call it). When I am connected with my higher self, I have specific colors within me that I use as a spiritual healing modality. This is part of the path of spiritual ascension, and it is a part of having a wardrobe, and/or a business– and being able to use color to support you in your business and your spiritual lifestyle. After traveling to the energy vortexes, I was able to see color differently and take in the colors, absorbing them through my perception much more than I used to. We can wear specific colors, and each color has a different healing property. I found my soul colors because of the vortex energy and the sacred sites that I visited. Prior to visiting energy vortexes, my wardrobe was really all over the place and the colors were all over the place, so, now, I have more of a pattern within my wardrobe that helps me. So we can use color in patterns and some color palettes in order to create advanced methods of fashion for our life. Final Note All colors will support your health. There are no colors that will hurt you, yet at times there are colors that you don't really want to wear or see. The colors are like energy vortexes. They're like somewhat of a portal. If the color is connected to an evil symbol or a negative object, the color will be manipulated and misused. Sometimes, that is when you see colors and don't like them. It is not always the color itself. The specific colors we wear have specific healing properties. As we see and wear colors, they ground us throughout the day. It is a part of a lifestyle to use color in fashion. We have to think about how color makes us feel and how that supports our well-being and our health. Overall, colors give us energy, give us momentum, motivate us, and inspire us. Want to read more articles? Check them out here: HIGHLIGHTS

  • How Can Modern Fashion Businesses Be More Spiritual?

Have you been wondering how you can make fashion more healthy in your life and career? In this post, I am going to be sharing spiritual fashion solutions for a fashion brand and/or business. Most companies are already spiritual or do things that make their company spiritual. You do not need to label your company as spiritual, and most likely, your company is already spiritual, consciously or unconsciously. As fashion has evolved from conventional fashion to mainstream fashion to "fashion-for-health" and "fashion for wellness", we have to know this trend is happening because there is a spiritual awakening occurring. There are lots of different ways you can have a spiritual business. For example, a brand— doesn’t mean it has to be 100% plant-based to be a spiritual business. There are many ways that a company can help the planet and humans spiritually. Fashion and Spirituality The goal is to be more futuristic in the spirit of the age. And during this time of spiritual awakening, it is important that we create healthy, spiritual businesses. Spirituality is protection for your business: A quote from Mark Prophet’s book "The Soulless One: Cloning a Counterfeit Creation": "And hence your beloved Saint Paul, now the Great Master Hilarion, so often admonished the early Christians to, "put on the whole armor of God" -Mark Prophet I feel like part of having a healthy fashion company is to make sure your company is spiritually protected, and I love this quote above, specifically—"put on the whole armor of God." It is the protection we need, the holy and spiritual protection, found within and found through the fashion businesses and fashion products and services. Marketing a product, service, or business that helps to support a person’s well-being. We want to have a healthy mindset for our customers. Spiritual fashion business supports a person’s individual and personal growth. Companies that help clients and customers explore and help them transform. Because we are always transforming. Ways to make your business more spiritual: Trends: use trends like they are holistic cycles. Emotional well-being: we have to care about the person’s emotional well-being and how they are going to feel, emotionally, about a product or service. Transparency: Because of social media, lifestyle and business have merged. We know that transparency supports the consumer. Consumer journey: Think about the consumer’s journey and how spiritual-minded they are or will be in the future because of your company. Clothing with a conscience: We have to support clothing, all clothing, but what matters most is the products that we like the most. With 7 billion people, we can create restorative businesses that create the future of the spiritual fashion business industry. Holistic style cycles: We want to think about the energy behind the product or business. A business can be successful even when it is small, and not all large businesses are "successful" if they are not spiritual. A few specific things that make a business healthy: Influential Highly comfortable Futuristic/modern Beautiful energy When I research brands and companies, I always find something good and spiritual that they are doing. Not a lot of companies are bad. Yet there are things that every company can do to make them healthier, and there are thousands of different ways. Here is another quote by Mark Prophet from his book "The Soulless One: Cloning a Counterfeit. " "Men may toss aside the most beautiful jewel with the wave of a hand and deem it but glass or claptrap; but if the sparkle within the stone is significant to its true value, then no amount of a human attempt at devaluation can rob the object of its cherished quality." - Mark Prophet That sparkle within the stone is spiritual. Our fashion businesses have that sparkle within the stone. We are not glass or claptrap. Examples of a selection of spiritual fashion and moddern beauty products that are spiritual Gem elixirs Crystal Orbs Herbal potions Heart-shaped crystals Ylang ylang essential oil Mala beads Aromatherapy bracelet diffuser Spiritual business and the fashion evolution process Part of the fashion evolution process is for the fashion lightworkers of the planet to support the fashion business and apparel design using consciousness while the planet is going through its transition. All the "eco-warriors" and the fashion influencers need to create fashion that is: Supernatural Healing Zen (Energizing yet calming) And this is spiritual fashion wisdom. It is part of the paradigm shift to view fashion for mind, body, and spirit. And as "fashion psychics" or as "fashion intuitives," we create a business that is magical, spiritual, and transcendent. New dimensions of fashion are marketing and promoting fashion as a self-care routine, a personal care routine, and a wellness routine. Customers can shop online, shop locally, and shop in small businesses or large businesses. It is all about the shopping experience and creating a pleasant and spiritual environment. Personally, when it doesn't feel spiritual, I get uncomfortable. How do I know when a company is not spiritual? Most companies are at least partially spiritual. When a company uses black magic, voodoo, or hex, then it is not spiritual. It is not common, but some businesses are non-spiritual. Intuitive tools to make your business more spiritual The pendulum Hanna Kroeger wrote a book called "The Pendulum Hand Book." The pendulum is n the bible when it stated "Thy Rod and thy staff." The pendulum is not evil. It is a tool that you can use to ask questions — not questions about the future, but questions about your business and life. You can ask the pendulum a question about anything you want to know about your business. A pendulum is a spiritual tool that will benefit you. For example, when I go shopping, and I try on a bunch of garments, I use the pendulum to see if I should have bought it, and I have saved a lot of money this way! The pendulum is basically a spiritual antenna. It can take practice to use it, but it is an antenna to your higher self and the universe. I will also ask the pendulum if I should or should not do a specific task for my business. It will turn clockwise for yes and counter-clockwise for no. I will sometimes forget to use the pendulum, but it is important to use, and this is the pendulum I own: The pendulum. It can be a fashion accessory. There can be interference sometimes. Hanna’s Herb Shop states, "The pendulum taps into our natural intuition," which is a good explanation. The pendulum is a spiritual tool that can help with your spiritual fashion business. I love pendulum dowsing. Fashion business is a spiritual adventure I love this quote by Mark Prophet from his book "The Soulless One: Cloning A Counterfeit Creation" "After all, blessed ones, we are marketing divine freedom to the earth and conveying it to individuals every day, yet we are seldom seen or heard in the marketplace of life."- Mark Prophet I think for fashion businesses, we have to "market divine freedom" in the fashion marketplace. The new movement of fashion for health as a modern form of wellness and modern health treatment is spiritual. A few things that I do that make my business spiritual: I am a planetary energy healer, so a lot of the words and images I use in my social media, blogs, and public speaking are inspired by divine ritual and spiritual guidance from the godhead. I use the pendulum to help me in my spiritual business. I am creative. Creativity is spiritual. There is something very masterful and instinctual about being creative. As a highly creative individual, I use creativity in my writing, in my book Healthy Fashion, and in my public speaking. Fashion Analysis In order to make your business more spiritual, create a fashion analysis. This is an easy way for you to process your branding, marketing, and business. It will show you ways to incorporate or further incorporate the strategies that will build your spiritual business into an even more spiritual business. Healing—focus on your business being able to be a healing business and on your product or service as a healing modality. The lack of focus on fashion for wellness and self-care is the reason the environment is toxic and polluted. Final Note Fashion is just another industry that we can use to strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. The fashion industry is already doing this. However, many specific topics of fashion in relation to spirituality can be introduced when we are conscious of the topics and information. Fashion is a powerful force and a way of healing. We can choose to be more spiritual, but we do not have to express it and show it. Personally, I like to express my spirituality in my work.

  • Concept Fashion Stores and Conscious Retail Design for Wellness

Conscious retail design In this post, I talk about fashion retail interior design and how conscious design can support a person’s wellness. I have worked in retail and worked in retail stores for 15 years in the past, and I have spent a lot of time working in many different retail spaces. Dozens (I have traveled a lot and had to switch jobs, and wanted to learn new things from different companies.) While I had worked in these retail spaces, a few of which I have worked at: The Goodwill, Montmartre, The Gap, J. Crew, Elie Tahari (and more), I noticed their retail store interior design and store layouts were ergonomic and powerful. These retail stores, retail companies, interior designers, and architects are creating retail concept designs that are healing and healthy for both customers and employees. While working at these retail stores, I noticed that when the interior design of the store was appropriately designed, the clothing was similar to the interior design; appropriately designed. There was a natural symbiotic relationship between the clothing products and the store's interior design. All the clothing that was sold and the retail interior design were: Intelligent Physiological Engineered Scientific It is a positive ritual to shop in stores; it is a fashion experience to walk through the stores and shop and also see the interior design of the store. It is our own fashion interpretation too, what we see. Like the stores mentioned in this post, concept stores and retail stores will give us positive energy. The CEO of Starbucks says: "You walk into a retail store, whatever it is, and if there’s a sense of entertainment and excitement and electricity, you wanna be there." — Howard Schultz, CEO, Starbucks This is how I felt working in fashion retail (management, styling, visual merchandising) with the apparel, the employee team, the customers, and the store design and space—there was excitement! There was electricity, and it made me want to be there. I was truly inspired by the retail interior design of all the fashion retail stores I have worked at. Retail concept stores that sell apparel and fashion designs have to have a "fashionable" interior design in their retail space with contemporary elements. Retail design is important because it helps the customer feel good when they are in a good environment. I also think local concept stores, experiential concept stores, and pop-up shops will be important for future trends in the fashion world. I am featuring eight elevated concept store designs in this post. I feature the retail brands and the creative minds of the architects and interior designers that designed these retail stores. Unfortunately, I have not listed the architects or interior designers of all these stores, only a few I have found the names of who designed them. I have listed the retail store brand. These are concept stores that are consciously and cleverly designed. They all have a clear, healing space. Interior designers and architects have created unconventional ideas. They used the concepts of feng shui either consciously or subconsciously in their retail space design. Some of the aesthetics of the concept store’s design: Nature Modern Futuristic Glowing light Modern color palettes—bold colors, cool colors, warm colors, modern blues of hues, tones, tints, shades Ultra of-the-moment Celestial Whether it is a brick-and-mortar shop or an online shop, both need to have the conscious design as a part of the business's fashion expertise. Digital websites and physical stores need to be fresh and modern. The retail concept stores I am featuring in this post are: 1. Gate Zero High Snobiety X Zurich (travel retail custom-designed store) 2. Tom Greyhound (luxury design concept store) 3. Glossier (concept showroom) 4. The Ring Mall (concept retail destination) 5. AND.G (luxury design concept store) 6. United Nude (concept retail store) 7. Derek Lam (luxury design concept store) 8. Burberry (luxury design concept store) The retail space uses composition in order to arrange the product. Everything has balance, and nothing is imbalanced. People want to shop in stores that make them feel like they are having an experience. A sensory experience. These concept stores are wellness spaces. For example, modern light technology is featured in many of the retail spaces in this post, which is part of the mindful design. If you go into a store, most of the retail design is fresh, modern, and creative, and this is an important part of wellness design. Conscious design is an architect creating art in a space. Store design also helps with branding. Many of the designs have included biomimicry; their design is inspired by nature. They use modern elements. They use beautiful elements from nature. When you walk into a room, the way it is designed can either make you feel good or bad. It is about the design. If it is feng shui, it is designed in a way that supports a person’s health. The elements of retail design: space forms light color texture pattern These are the basic elements of design. The eight retail concept stores I am featuring in this post Each concept store is named with the title on the top of the photo and is hyperlinked. You can click the title to visit their site. I have included a brief description of each store that is directly quoted from their website and a few design details. 1 Gate Zero High Snobiety X Zurich Airport Concept Store, Zurich, Switzerland Photo credit: High Snobiety / Zurich Airpot About High Snobiety: "Highsnobiety is a multi-media global brand that keeps you up to date on the people, products, and ideas that are shaping the landscapes of fashion, design, music, and more."
